7one7 HVAC – Heat pumps, have full inhouse capability to supply and service air source and underground heat pumps – heating systems from 2.5Kw comfort cooling to industrial 648Kw office block ammonia – we currently service the largest ASHP in the UK – We have completed installations of heat pumps with free air cooling as large as 1Megga watt that at the time was the largest in the UK.
We have accounts with all major manufactures and the latest online technology in terms of activation and system monitoring.
It is a requirement to maintain a manufacturer’s warranty to service an Air Source Pump (ASHP) annually. It is also a condition of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) that your unit is operating effectively and the best way to do this is to ensure it is suitably maintained.
- First 30 miles travelling from our Head Office
- Engineer on site for up to 2.5 hours
- Check system operation and system settings
- Clean heating system filter
- Check external evaporator heat exchanger
- Check heating system anti-freeze level
- Check system expansion vessels
- Domestic hot water cylinder and pressure relief valves (PRV’s) operation check
- Tightening of electrical connection and anti-vibration mounts
- Ensure no leaks
- Check Hot Water pasteurisation settings
- Record system operation parameters
