7one7 engineering have full inhouse capability to remove – service and reinstall Refrigeration Pressure relief devices for testing. These must be inspected according to the frequency listed in the plants WSE. (written scheme of examination).
Our in depth on site or off-site test procedure covers the following aspects on each individual valve.
– The device is appropriate for current use
– Hydraulic testing to calibrated >0.03% and Certified
– The set pressure is correct
– The installation is correct and the device functions while system is in
operation (test as appropriate)
– Defective / Failed device(s) Are reported
